our story

I’m Dr. Brian Steixner, a urologist specializing in men’s health. And despite treating fertility every day, my wife Chrissy and I still had to go through IVF to have our kids.

IVF is relentless. Appointments. Needles. Waiting. You watch someone you love carry the physical and emotional weight — and realize how little control you have. I went through it twice: as a physician guiding patients and as a husband sitting on the other side of the table. That gap stuck with me.

Because while women carry the burden, men are often left out of the solution entirely.

So I built the thing I wish existed.

After IVF worked for us and we had our son and daughter, I couldn’t shake one question: Why isn’t there a serious, doctor-driven approach to male fertility?

So I built one.

SWMR is a male fertility supplement designed from the clinical reality I see every day, and the experience I lived myself. Not guesswork. Not trends. Actual inputs that support sperm health, motility, and function.

This isn’t a “wellness” formula. It’s a clinical male fertilty solution.

As a physician, I didn’t want fluff ingredients or underdosed blends. SWMR combines nutrients like Zinc and L-Arginine — backed by research and used in real clinical protocols — to support:

  • sperm motility
  • sperm count
  • overall sperm quality

Built the same way I approach patients: what actually moves the needle.

A little focus on sperm health can go a long way.

Let's be real, most guys spend their 20s trying not to get someone pregnant. Nobody warns you it can be this hard.

You're not alone: more than 1 in 10 couples turn to IVF, and I was one of those husbands. What I learned — as both a doctor and a patient — is that focused attention on semen health can make a meaningful difference.

SWMR Fertility is the formula I wish had existed when Chrissy and I were in the thick of it: physician-formulated, evidence-backed, and designed so you can get back to the fun part.
